UK – The man spent five hours trapped by his ankles on a narrow window frame, suspended several feet from the floor of a lecture room hall at Nottingham Trent University.
Two students heard his pleas for help and attempted to release the man – as they took video of his predicament with a mobile phone.
The incident occurred early on Friday morning during freezing conditions in the Midlands, as students Dan De-Niet and Tom Burdett walked home after a night out.
The man had apparently shimmied up a drainpipe from ground level to gain entry through the high-level neo-Gothic window. More
