UK – A jobless dad-of-26 who rakes in £46,000 ($691,859) a year in state benefits is celebrating today – after bagging a new £300,000 ($451,212) five-bedroom council house.
Peter Rolfe, who has fathered children with 15 different mothers, described his previous three-bedroom home as a “prison” and insisted his local council had a “duty” to give him a bigger property.
Tattooed Mr Rolfe, who last worked more than 20 years ago, lives off annual benefits close to twice the national average wage and claims he had to quit his job to care for his brood. More
